Tequila Attuned To The World Around It.

Tequila sips in a way that transcends what is physical. Smooth or strong, moments alter when spirits touch our lips; something realigns. Besides an etymological coincidence, is there a meaningful association between spirits and the movement of our spirits?

Our story begins with the union of the Earth and the stars. While one gives us the prime material to craft our tequila, the other gives it direction and purpose. The reason lies divided into 12 parts across a celestial band, its resonance guiding the process.

Our Tequila Is Born

Made from nature and spirit.

At the beginning, there's a subtle hint of lemon peel oil, adding a layer of freshness and dynamism.

Subsequently, there are nuances of sea, salt, and minerals, providing a saline and earthy sensation that complements the intensity of cooked agave. The presence of wet earth suggests a connection with nature, while the cooked agave
contributes a rich and robust foundation.

The complexity of the profile is enhanced by citrus and floral tones, balancing the strength of the agave with delicate and fragrant sweetness. Together, these tasting notes create a unique harmony, offering a tasting experience that celebrates the diversity of flavors that tequila can provide.

Our story begins with a partnership, a coalition, even. Between a woman and a passion for great spirits. Of causality and a plant inherited by uncountable generations. Of the soil, of the air, of the water, and our fire.

Valerie, our founder, lived around this spirit for her entire life, yet the spark lit once she made sense of its place in it. Tequila is a beautiful tool that gathers people and energy of a specific kind, which we hold very dear on a personal level.

The goal of Doce Casas is not only to taste sublime, but to bring energy together around something we all love from a place we all love.

What we are.

Our story begins with the union of the Earth and the stars. While one gives us the prime material to craft our tequila, the other gives it direction and purpose. Doce Casas on earth is what connects us to our existence. If stars are what shape and guide us, then why not steer our tequila the same way?

The experience of drinking tequila engages every part of our senses and more. Since ancient times, this liquor unites and provides us with out-of-body experiences that feel almost ritualistic. It makes us appreciate deeply the pleasure of a moment, beyond the stars.

We are a single-estate white tequila refined from the absolute best the Highlands of Jalisco has to offer. Inspired by the cosmos, Doce Casas looks to the stars to craft an experience of connection out of ourselves in every sip. We make tequila born of nature and spirit.

Doce Casas connects with the stars through its artisanal process. Lunar phases are carefully aligned during harvesting and fermentation, creating a spiritual and astrological dimension to each bottle.

This single estate and organic verified agave stands out for its purity and authenticity. Made using 100% tahona process, it has a unique texture and full agave expression.

The 12-day fermentation process using different frequencies (Hz) aims to promote healing, spiritual states, and a connection with the divine, resulting in a distinctive tasting experience that blends artisanal mastery with the metaphysical.
